Even in the midst of devastation, something within us always points the way to freedom.

Our services.

Recovery Coaching.

Recovery coaches support a person’s unique pathway of recovery, offering their own as a model. They are stable in their recovery, have an active pathway, and are involved in the recovery community. They offer hope, optimism, and encouragement.

Support for Families and Loved ones.

Addiction doesn’t just affect the person using. It’s a tornado, ripping through the lives of all those close to the user, leaving destruction in its path. We offer support groups, resources, guidance, and validation for those caught in the midst of someone else’s addiction.

Individual Therapy.

Our masters-level and licensed therapists have the experience, compassion, and resources for those struggling with substance abuse. We work with you to create a treatment plan that fits your future goals and aspirations, and help you stay on track.

Recovery-Centered Yoga.

Recovery-centered yoga unwinds the long-time pains embedded in our bodies. That might be loss, rage, anxiety, or other emotions and experiences. Many other exercises won’t heal this deep-seated anguish, but careful yoga (its philosophy as well as its physicality) can help your body let go of its pains.

Referrals to Treatment.

Individual outpatient treatment might be further down the road for you. We have connections and resources to help you receive placement at different detoxes, rehabs, inpatient, residential, IOP, and short and long-term treatment centers locally and nationally.

Peer-Run Workshops.

Check out our events page and join one (or more!) of our workshops run by a person in recovery. Whether you need help with your resume, finding a job with a criminal background, parenting support, DBT skills, and more. Have a suggestion for a workshop you’d like to see? Tell us here.
