Spend some time reflecting on your week, identifying skills to practice over the weekend, planning/coping ahead of time, and setting goals for the weekend.

By creating the structure for your weekend, you’ll be able to identify self-care, tasks, and leisure activities for each day to help maintain overall balance and well-being.
